Login with the same password you use for your Annual Report.  For this site, however, the username and password are case sensitive.

After you login, click "Upload a Vita".  Enter the annual report year, your name, then click 'Browse' to locate your vita file.  Once you've selected the file, hit 'Save' and you're done.    If your document has a periods, dashes, or commas in its file name, please remove them before uploading.
