1. Qualifications:
‧ Non-Education Majors:
‧ Must have sixty or more hours at the time service begins
‧ Education Majors:
‧ Must have 15 or more hours completed.
‧ Must have an unadjusted cumulative grade point average at Texas Tech of 3.00 or above
‧ Must be in a degree plan or have applied for a degree plan leading to certification
‧ Must have at least one recommendation from faculty member in the College of Education
‧ Must not be restricted to membership on the basis or race, creed, color, gender, or national origin.

3. Obtain 2 recommendation letters, one must be from a College of Education
faculty member.

Duties: e-STAR members will support the work of the Office of Resource Development and Public Relations by assisting with, but not limited to, such activities as recruitment, conducting tours of the building and campus, helping with public relations events, both external and internal, etc.
Time Commitment: On the average up to three hours per week; travel and extended time efforts may also be requested.
Compensation: $500.00 per semester based on satisfactory performance
