This questionnaire is designed to assess your peceptions of the effectiveness of your supervision durin Student Teaching/Internship at Texas Tech. Your answers will be used to determine strengths and areas of concern in the Teacher Education Program. YOUR ANSWERS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE TEACHER TRAINING AT TTU COLLEGE OF EDUCATION.
